Charlottetown Meals on Wheels delivers to the Greater Charlottetown area. If you are not sure if you are close enough to Charlottetown to receive meals, give us a call at 920-368-7337.

The cost is $5 a meal. When a client initially signs up for Meals on Wheels, we do require a 12-meal commitment and an initial payment of $60. After those first 12 meals, we reach back out to the client to make sure they are interested in continuing.

Give us a call at 902-367-7337. We will take your information (contact information, dietary restrictions, days you would like to receive meals, etc.) and then we will contact you in a few days to let you know where we can fit you into the schedule.

We take cash and cheque to 81 Prince Street, Charlottetown or e-transfer to admin@vrcpei.org.

The meals consist of an entree, a starch side (bread, etc.), and a dessert. For example, you may receive lasagna with a garlic bread side and a brownie for dessert.

We can accommodate most dietary restrictions – just let us know when you sign up! Though we do cater meals depending on dietary restrictions, there is no menu to choose from.

We do take cancellations by phone (902-368-7337) until 9:30am the day of. If you call after 9:30am to cancel a meal, we cannot guarantee that we can cancel the meal and you may still be charged for it.

Yes, we do require that you be present to receive your meal.
